About Wall Decor's Content Affiliate Partner Program - Uploading Images & Products

Content Partners Uploading

      Providing images and product information to About Wall Decor is described below for each of the two programs, Royalty Based and Revenue Share Programs:

Royalty Based:  Again, this specific program is for photographers or artists that wish to provide content to About Wall Decor wherein you simply submit your images to the About Wall Decor FTP server, along with the Product Submission spreadsheet.  After that, About Wall Decor performs the remaining steps to include: processing images, uploading to catalog, taking orders, payment processing, production and shipping.  You simply sit back and collect a 20% royalty on every sale.  To upload images and the Product Submission Spreadsheet simply follow these steps: 

    1. Register as a Content Affiliate Partner here.
    2. Create a folder on your desktop labeled with your name, or your company name, and Content Affiliate Partner account email address so we may identify it (i.e. Sparky’sPhotogrpahy_ksmith@yahoo.com).
    3. Rename each file being submitted as you wish for the name to appear in your gallery.
    4. Place all of the images you are submitting into the folder created in step 2.  Please ensure all images meet About Wall Decor's minimum pixel dimensions resolutions of 2048x1536 or higher, or 300 dpi for digital art/scanned images.
    5. Download the Product Submission Worksheet here.  The more information you provide us the better the search results when consumers are searching for products.
    6. Once completed place the Product Submission Worksheet in the folder with the images.
    7. Upload you folder to the About Wall Decor FTP server using the following information.  Once granted access select the About Wall Decor Affiliates folder and upload (transfer time to upload will depend upon your type internet connection (cable or DSL) and the number and size of files you are uploading.  If you have a large number of files it may take a few hours, in which case, we recommend you begin the upload later and allow it to run overnight):
                • FTP URL Access:  AWD FTP Server
                • Username:  affiliates
                • Password:  serklin2016

                    Once uploaded our Graphics Specialists are automatically notified and will download your images for review and processing.  Again, depending upon our Graphics Specialists workload, it make take anywhere from a few weeks up to several months for your images to be included in the catalog.

              Revenue Share: This program is strictly for sellers that wish to offer any type of wall decor product through the About Wall Decor website.  You enter your product information and upload images through your Marketplace account.  Once approved by our support staff they will be available to shoppers in our digital catalog.  From there, once an order is placed, you will be responsible for preparing and shipping the item to the customer.  Note:  If you are seeking to have About Wall Decor produce any of your products that include: wall decals, glossy posters or gallery wrapped canvas, you will be required to submit those specific items through the Royalty Based Program above.  If you are printing and fulfilling these items yourself then you may utilize the Revenue Share Program.  Follow these steps to begin offering products:

                1. Register as a Content Affiliate Partner here, or sign in if you already have an account this has been approved.  Just a reminder, it may take up to 24 business hours for your account to be approved.
                2. Once logged into your affiliate vendor account you can enter products in one of two ways:
                  • Piece:  Select the Add Product tab and complete all fields.
                  • Multi-Piece:  Select the Products tab and upload you products via .csv spreadsheet.  Click here for spreadsheet template.

              NOTE:  The products you are entering in the marketplace are products you will be fulfilling to customers - meaning you have the product in-stock or will produce it and ship to the customer.  Depending upon the number of products you are submitting it may take the our support staff up to 48 business hours to approve products.  Once a product has been approved you will receive an email alerting you it is now active in the About Wall Decor catalog.
